They live in the snowy regions of the north, stalking the plains in search of prey. They follow blizzards, hunting their confused quarry, silently biting down on their windpipes with their immensely strong jaws, then dragging them back to their dens, where they feast on the carcass. However, when encountering humans, they act very friendly, almost like house cats. Though, this is only to gain the human's trust, for they see the humans as a free meal ticket. The humans help them with their kill, and in return they get more than four times the normal amount of food.
